The work I do with clients is personal, philosophical, spiritual, existential and practical.

My psychotherapy focus is strength-based and generally focuses on the here and now. Most pointedly I help my clients create meaningful lives based on their values and hopes. I teach them to recognize and manage unhelpful thoughts and narratives that rule their behaviors and keep them stuck. I strongly encourage mindfulness, exercise, healthy eating and mind/body tools such as breathing exercises and calming techniques.
